3) Products & Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer; acceptance occurs only when we confirm dispatch.

4) Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
• COD orders may include a small convenience fee, which is non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for failed payments due to bank, gateway, or network errors.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time is usually 1–3 business days; delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on location.
• Delays may occur due to courier network, festivals, strikes, or weather; we are not liable for such delays.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address/phone may result in additional charges.

6) Returns & Refunds

• Our Refund Policy explains return eligibility, timelines, and fees.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, with original packaging intact.
• Certain items (personal care, innerwear, clearance) are final sale and not returnable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

7) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Repeated refusal of COD parcels (RTO) may lead to blocking COD option for future orders.
• COD convenience fees, if applied, are non-refundable.

9) Limitation of Liability
