At FamousBeing, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders across India.
1) Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a quick phone/email confirmation before dispatch.
2) Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 5–7 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 6–10 business days
- Remote pin codes & rural areas: up to 12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier network delays, festivals, weather, or unforeseen events.
3) Shipping Charges
- We currently offer Free Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders across India.
- COD orders may include a small convenience fee, which is non-refundable if the order is cancelled or returned.
4) Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can also log into your account on our website to track your order status anytime.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
5) Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable national courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, XpressBees, and India Post depending on your pin code. We reserve the right to choose the courier partner best suited for your location.
6) Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If undelivered, the package will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
- Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect details can cause delays or failed delivery.
- Reshipping returned packages due to customer error may require an additional shipping fee.
7) International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
8) Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier strikes, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience in such rare cases.
9) Non-Delivery & Lost Packages
- If the courier marks your order as delivered but you have not received it, please report it to us within 48 hours of the delivery update.
- We will raise a ticket with the courier. Resolution may take 5–7 working days depending on their investigation.
- Refunds or replacements are issued only after courier confirmation.
