1) Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you for a quick confirmation before dispatch.

2) Delivery Timeline

Since we source unique products from our warehouse partners, please allow the following delivery times:

• Metro cities: 5–7 business days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 6–10 business days
• Remote pin codes & rural areas: up to 12 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier network delays, festivals, weather, or unforeseen events.

3) Shipping Charges

• We currently offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• COD orders may include a small convenience fee, which is calculated at checkout. This fee is non-refundable if the order is returned.

4) Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5) Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable national courier services (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and India Post) to ensure your order reaches you safely.

6) Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

• Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If undelivered, the package will be returned to our facility.
• Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are entered correctly. Incorrect details can cause delays.

7) International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

8) Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier strikes, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience in such rare cases.

9) Non-Delivery & Lost Packages

• If the courier marks your order as delivered but you have not received it, please report it to us within 48 hours.
• We will raise a ticket with the courier. Resolution may take 5–7 working days depending on their investigation.
