Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2025

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns and refunds work at FamousBeing. Because we operate a fast, partner-fulfilled (dropshipping) model, we keep our policy clear and time-bound to serve you efficiently and keep prices fair.

1) Return request window

  • Submit a return request within 5 days of delivery via Contact Us or email support@famousbeing.com.
  • Item must be in unused, resellable condition with all tags, manuals, accessories and original packaging intact.

2) What is eligible

  • Wrong item/variant received, manufacturing defects, or transit damage (see Section 4).
  • Size exchanges for eligible apparel/accessories if stock is available (customer pays two-way shipping; see Section 6).
  • Unopened, unused non-hygiene items in original packaging (seller quality check applies).

3) What is NOT eligible

For hygiene, safety, or supplier constraints, the following are final sale unless defective on arrival:

  • Beauty, personal care & grooming items
  • Intimates/innerwear, shapewear, socks
  • Health/wellness and wearable massagers
  • Baby feeding & oral care items
  • Opened electronics/accessories & tempered films
  • Custom/clearance/“Deal” items marked final sale

Products showing wear/usage, missing parts, or damaged packaging may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.

4) Damaged, defective or wrong item

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, photos of the outer box, inner packaging, product, and shipping label.
  • Where possible, share a short unboxing video so we can resolve quickly with our logistics partner.
  • After verification, we’ll offer a free replacement or a refund if replacement isn’t available.

5) How to start a return

  1. Contact us at support@famousbeing.com or submit a request with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address or arrange a pickup where available.
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging with all parts. Include a note with your order number.

6) Refunds, fees & timelines

  • Customer-remorse returns (changed mind/ordered wrong): return shipping is paid by customer. A {10%} restocking fee may apply after quality check.
  • Seller-fault returns (defect/wrong item): we cover return shipping or offer a prepaid label/pickup where available.
  • Original shipping/COD convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refund method: Prepaid orders → original payment method; COD → UPI/bank transfer details required.
  • Timeline: 3–5 business days after item passes quality check at our/partner facility; bank posting times may vary.

7) Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • Refused/undeliverable COD parcels (RTO) may limit future COD availability for that account/address.
  • Any COD convenience fee is non-refundable once an order ships.

8) Cancellations, address issues & delivery attempts

  • Cancellation window: within 12 hours or before dispatch confirmation—whichever is earlier.
  • Wrong/insufficient address or unreachable phone can lead to delays or return to origin (RTO). Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
  • If the courier marks an order delivered but you didn’t receive it, report within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
