We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns and refunds work at Famous Being (operated by CYBERRIG PRIVATE LIMITED). We keep our policy clear and time-bound to serve you efficiently.

1) Return request window

• Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery via our contact page or email contactfamousbeing@gmail.com.
• Item must be in unused condition with all tags, manuals, accessories, and original packaging intact.

2) What is eligible

• Wrong item/variant received, manufacturing defects, or transit damage.
• Size exchanges for eligible apparel/accessories if stock is available.
• Unopened, unused non-hygiene items in original packaging.

3) What is NOT eligible

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale unless defective on arrival:

• Beauty, personal care & grooming items
• Intimates/innerwear, socks
• Health/wellness items
• Opened electronics/accessories

4) Damaged or defective item

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos/video of the packaging and product.
• After verification, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

5) How to start a return

1. Contact us at contactfamousbeing@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will review your request and provide the return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely. Include a note with your order number inside.

6) Refunds & Timelines

• Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 2 business days.
• Refund Method:
  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer (details required).
• Timeline: After approval, the refund will be processed immediately. It will take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.

7) Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• To cancel, please email contactfamousbeing@gmail.com immediately.
