How do I place an order?
It's easy! Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose your payment method, and you're done! You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS immediately.
Do I need an account to shop?
No account needed—you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders easily and saves your address for faster checkouts in the future.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but you need to be quick! Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch (whichever is earlier). Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major secure payment methods:
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Credit & Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for most locations! Please note that a small, non-refundable COD convenience fee may apply. We may restrict COD for very high-value orders or accounts with a history of refusals.
Is my online payment safe?
100% safe. We use encrypted, industry-standard secure payment gateways. We never store your full card or banking details on our servers.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We ship fast! Standard delivery is 5–10 business days. Metro cities often receive orders sooner, while remote locations may take slightly longer.
Do you charge for shipping?
Good news: We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders across India!
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your status anytime in the My Account section.

What is your return policy?
We have a hassle-free 5-day return policy. If you aren't satisfied, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.
Who pays for return shipping?
If it's our fault (defective, damaged, or wrong item): We cover the cost.
If you changed your mind (size issue or preference): You will be responsible for the return shipping fees, and a small restocking fee may apply.

How quickly will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your bank account depends on your bank's processing speed.
